Connecting West Texas
The Remote Workers of El Paso was founded to combat the isolation that often comes with remote work. El Paso, Texas, a non-traditional hub for remote professionals, digital nomads, and returning locals ("boomerangs") has long lacked a centralized community for those working beyond the office.
We believe El Paso and the greater West Texas region offer all the ingredients for an exceptional quality of life, especially for the almost 30,000 remote workers who call this area home. Our mission is to strengthen that foundation by cultivating a strong sense of connection, purpose, and work/life balance - adding to the hundreds of reasons to live and thrive here.
